Science Week

Over the past three years Year 6 students have had the opportunity to participate in exciting Science activities at Cavendish Road State High School. Students work in small groups, one afternoon a week over four weeks, under the expert guidance of Cavendish Road staff and students. Every August during Science Week the children are invited to compete against teams from schools within the district in the ‘Science Challenge’. Here they explore the world of Science through experiments, construction and recalling general knowledge.
