Chaplaincy Christmas Carols

Well term 4 is certainly skipping by and before long Christmas will be upon us. With this is mind the Chaplaincy team have been hard at work planning our school’s annual Camp Hill State Infants and Primary School Chaplaincy Christmas Carols. It will be held on Tuesday the 5th December on the main oval.

We have some exciting entertainment being prepared this year which will include:
·         jumping castles
·         face painting
·         glow sticks
·         market stalls; and
·         snow cones.

The Salvation Army Band will be returning along with school singing performances, multiple food venues, and much much more.  Food and pre show entertainment will run from 5:00 – 6:30pm with the main sit down event running from 6:30 – 7:30pm.

So start getting excited and save the date!

As usual we will require lots of help to make it a great night. If you can spare some time to help either on the day leading up to the event, or on the night please let us know.

Can you face paint?
Can you help on stalls?
Can you bake?
Can you wander around on the night helping our kids find their parents?
Can you help set up or pack up?
We have lots of big and small jobs so please email us at camphillchaplaincy@hotmail.com or see Chappy Mal. Many hands make light work.
This event will again be supported by the Lord Mayor's Suburban Initiative Fund. And we would like to thank Councillor Shayne Sutton Morningside Ward and Councillor Ian McKenzie Coorparoo Ward for their continued support.

TINS NEEDED!
Do you have tins? The very creative Gemma Hockey is looking for tins that we can make into beautiful Christmas decorations. So if you have any tins that you are about to throw in your recycle bin can you please wash them and drop them to the office.  Around 400ml size.
