Chaplaincy Community Carols TUESDAY 5th

Our carols committee is currently in full swing with planning for this year’s Chaplaincy Carols and it’s looking to be another fun filled night.

We will be starting at 5:00pm with our preshow entertainment.

This year that will include some old favourites with market stalls, snow cones, glow sticks and face painting. We’ve also added in a Jumping castle for the kids (with a gold coin entry). If you look hard you’ll spot our roaming Christmas elf. You may even see Santa himself.

For dinner why not try our BBQ pulled pork and slaw rolls, the King of Wings and our good old cheerio cups and sausages. Then finish it off with some yummy home bake or a Krispy Kreme donut.

The official program will begin at 6:30pm and be finished by 7:30pm. During this time we will be asking that children be seated on the oval with their parents or caregiver.

We are still looking for helpers on the night, so if you have an hour to spare please let us know we are looking for the following.

  • home baker (goods can be dropped to the offices on
    the day)
help set up and prepare food from 1:00 – 3:00 or to
    help pack down from 7:30 – 8:30
helpers to serve food on the night (various timeslots)
wandering security to help lost kids find their family

If you are able to help in any way please see Chappy Mal, let the office know or email us at camphillchaplaincy@hotmail.com.

Parking for Carols

As this is a large event please consider our neighbours when parking.
Please note that the Mt Bruce Scout Hut is privately owned property and NOT to be used for school parking (including the footpath) The Scout group run their own programs and parking on their property endangers their children during these times.
So please do not park there.
