Parent and Citizen Association

The Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) within Camp Hill are a very dynamic and active group. Our executive committee comprises of a President, three Vice Presidents, Treasurer and Secretary, The committee is completed with parents/ carers volunteers. Parents/Carers share their time and skills in various ways. We welcome your contribution and energy in and out of the classroom.

As a committee made up of both working and non-working parents/ carers we acknowledge that your time is precious. There are various ways to be involved in and support your child’s schooling. The P&C sub-committees consist of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Swimming Club, Uniform Shop, Tuckshop, Music Support, Grant Application and of course Fundraising.

Counting monies, volunteering in the uniform shop or the tuckshop, and help during events are just some of the ways you can help. If you have any other suggestions for how parents may help the school, please email your ideas to our Admin Assistant The P&C use the newsletter and Facebook page as ways of communicating to the families within our school.

Please ensure you have completed the membership form to place your family on the register of P&C members, as a P&C member you are covered by Insurance if the need arises.

P & C Association meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm in our Senior Campus Staff Room (entrance via Old Cleveland Road - pool end) - refer to the Map under 'Our School'.

The P&C Association uses fundraising events throughout the school year to assist the school in projects that have been identified as a priority for this year. (For example: Interactive whiteboards). The P&C has a building fund with tax deductible status. Donations need to be made by June 30th each year.  Donations can be made online when you order your tuckshop on Flexischools or through the uniform shop on School Shop Online.

Please place all donations in an envelope stating the type of donation, your child's name and class so a receipt can be returned to you. The envelope is to be placed in the Money Collection Box located in both offices.
