The Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) within Camp Hill are a very dynamic and active group. Our executive committee comprises of a President, two Vice Presidents, Treasurer and Secretary. The committee is completed with parent/ carer volunteers. Parents/Carers share their time and skills in various ways. We welcome your contribution and energy in and out of the classroom.

As a committee made up of both working and non-working parents/carers, we acknowledge that your time is precious. There are various ways to be involved in and support your child’s schooling. The P&C sub-committees consist of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Swimming Club, Uniform Shop, Tuckshop, Music Support, Grant Application and of course Fundraising.
Our volunteer focus is if you could "Just Do 1 Thing" towards volunteering, whether it be in the uniform shop or the tuckshop or any of our events during the year, it would make a world of difference to our fundraising efforts.
If you have any other suggestions for how parents may help the school, please email your ideas to our Operations Manager on admin@camphillpandc.com.au. The P&C use the newsletter and Facebook page as ways of communicating to the families within our school.
Please ensure you have completed the membership form to place your family on the register of P&C members, as a P&C member you are covered by Insurance if the need arises.

We certainly welcome you to these meetings and your input.
The P&C Association uses fundraising events throughout the school year to assist the school in projects that have been identified as a priority for this year. (For example: Interactive whiteboards, pathways, improvements to sound system in the hall, to name just a few).
All donations are greatly appreciated but we are no longer able to offer the Building Fund Tax Deductible donations due to changes in the ATO Tax rules.
