Attendance at school is compulsory from Prep to Year 6. However, if your child is absent from school through illness, or some other valid reason, contact the school prior to any absences and provide an explanation (before 9am) via:
Electronic rolls are marked twice a day at 9.00am and at 1.55pm.
If a student is not present at roll marking they will be recorded as absent, but this can be modified on the day if the student arrives late or leaves early with the appropriate leave slip from the administration office– information is recorded by the school offices.
If you know in advance that your child will be absent for a period exceeding 2 days, the school should be notified beforehand.
