The STEM hub is designed to provide schools, teachers, students and parents with access to STEM resources, professional development, career information, and news and events. The hub aims to encourage increased participation and achievement of students in STEM and inspire a greater number of students to continue on to higher education in a STEM field.
The STEM hub for schools is designed to support teachers to deliver world-class, innovative STEM education to our students and ensure they are well prepared for the future.
Schools will find useful information to support students in their STEM learning and guiding them towards STEM pathways and careers. The resources section of the hub aims to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ for STEM resources and includes links to the Queensland Coding Academy, C2C materials and professional development packages, as well as providing links to quality externally developed resources. Additionally, the hub has information to assist school leaders with building partnerships and improving student outcomes in STEM.
The STEM hub for parents and students provides valuable information for your school community on the importance of STEM and potential STEM careers and pathways available to students.
